This super cute aqua blue & white tie dyed tiered mini dress features an empire waist with a deep v-neck & micro ruffled stretchy straps. It’s 100% cotton & fully lined. It features pretty gold flowers at the bottom with gold sequins detailing for added flair. Great pre-owned condition, however there is a tiny hole in the material on the underside part of the wrap style v-neck from a pin that I had used for extra coverage (refer to photo 6). It’s not really noticeable unless someone looks up close for it. No stains or rips.
