Tiered Velvet Floral V-Neck Dress

Gorgeous floral patterned velvet dress with ruffled tiered skirt, size Large. Brand is City Studios. Fitted in the chest and waist, but the skirt is flared and flowy. The sleeves are long and have ruched cuffs. The dress is also lined and has a tie detail at the front center part. See photos for details and size info. I would say it's somewhere between a mini and above knee dress. If it helps, I'm 5'9" and I didn't feel it was too short on me. I absolutely love this dress but it doesn't fit me anymore. It is comfortable but so pretty and chic and I am sad to part with it. I only wore it once, and it's in excellent condition. Would be perfect for going out, work party, date, etc!
