Tiered polka dot dress

Peasant sleeve, gathered at the wrist. V neck tiered flowy dress. Textured polka dots all over and fully lined. I’m 5’6” ish and it hit right above the knees. Only worn a handful of times. Small thread pull on the left sleeve. Let me know if you have any questions!
