Tiered red party dress

No stains, tears or pulls in the fabric, and the straps can be tucked in to make this a strapless style. Length is ~29" from top of dress to the bottom, excluding the straps. With straps, the length is ~37". Width across front of bust is ~15.5" and there is some stretch in the fabric.
