Tiered skirt

Intricate vibrant pattern, two tiers, looks really good with a Jean jacket or cardigan, can be dressed for all seasons. The tag was uncomfortable so I cut it out, but other than the tag missing it is in perfect condition with no flaws. Smoke free home!!!
