Tiffany & Co Angela Cummings Sterling Feather Necklace

Vintage (1968) retired design, selling for my mom who gave to my Grandmother in April, 1968. Never worn... Designed by Angela Cummings for Tiffany & Co. this is sterling. Condition is new, had tarnish from being sterling, came out of original pouch when mom found it, she cleaned tarnish from it and put back in the pouch. 16" chain This is a rare piece.
