Brand New! Tiffany & Co blue enamel heart charm pendant. Can be attached to your bracelet or hand from a chain with the attached ring. This is blue enamel on one side and engraved with the Tiffany logo and return to on the reverse. You can wear it either way. My hubby bought this for me years ago and I never got around to having it put on my bracelet so it sat in my jewelry box. This is the larger size charm, the measurements are in the photos.
