Tiffany & Co 18K White Gold Diamond Please Return to Tiffany Heart Tag Necklace. The necklace is in excellent estate condition and ready to wear. The piece comes in its original Tiffany & Co case. The piece is signed "PLEASE RETURN TO TIFFANY & CO NEW YORK 750" on the front of the tag, it is signed T&CO AU 750 on the back of the pendant and Tiffany & Co AU750 on the chain. The chain measures about 16" long. The heart tag has a frame of diamond accent around it. The tag measures .75" x .60". The entire weighs a total of 5 grams. Vintage piece in 18k white gold. Comes in original box! EUC! Purchased at the City Creek location, and only wore a handful of times.
