Beautiful 16mm Tiffany & Co Open Heart by Elsa Peretti made of 18k yellow gold. The heart is on a new beautiful Tiffany Red cord. The heart shows minimal use and has been professionally polished. This would retail for approximately $1200 new. All my items are 100% authentic. I will include an authentic Tiffany blue box.
