ant_67 I am wondering if, due to the condition of the charm, you could consider lowering the price to a more reasonable amount. I have previously had Tiffany polish a heart charm with minimal scratches and was informed that hearts are the most challenging to do. Running around $220 4 years ago. Additionally, it is difficult to see the clasp's soldering. Can you tell me about its providence? Tony
