Rare authentic Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti designed 925 sterling open heart and pink pearl lariat necklace. The heart measures approximately 11mm wide x 11mm long, at the widest and longest points. The pearl measures approximately 9 mm wide, at the widest point. The longer chain measures approximately 10.5" and the shorter chain measures approximately 8.5", with a 19" length overall. Price includes dust bag pouch shown and box. In great condition, just needs some polishing as it is silver.
