Absolutely stunning and rare Tiffany & Co. Limoges France hand painted hinged trinket box. Made of porcelain with burnished silver paint trimmed with gilt banding. The box is heart shaped and hinged at the back. Stamped and numbered on the bottom. This is perfect for storing special treasures! In excellent condition, never used. Please note there is a small indentation on the right side of the box that is a production flaw and not from use (see last picture).

sheshexx4 Me and my daughter each have one these t&c Limoge boxes, but they are round. They were purchased as pill boxes and that is how my mother (same color & finish as yours) carried hers. Mine is gold and sits in my jewelry box. Their all beautiful. I have a handful of t&c trinket boxes and they are muck larger.♥️

sheshexx4 @katema2 There are gorgeous. My understanding they stopped making them in France soon after we got ours around 2000. But I don’t know for sure.♥️
