Tiffany & Co. Somerset mesh pinkie ring-has significant damage

Tiffany Somerset sterling silver mesh pinkie ring. Purchased when new. I absolutely loved this ring. Unfortunately, through many years of wear the 3 diamonds have fallen out and the mesh has cracked in several places. The ring does have the circular Tiffany & Co. logo on the inside of the band. Sold as is.
