thetiffanatic @fancypants0078 the toothpick will be an aftermarket replacement (squeamish). It will fit seamlessly. The tweezers are for this piece.

thetiffanatic @fancypants0078 yes, the grasp of the tweezer can be seen on the emblemed side of the knife. It is the little gray nub.

iwowow @thetiffanatic That’s odd? All of them I’ve seen & have purchased myself at Tiffany’s in sterling silver all came with the silver writing pen. Did you buy this at Tiffany’s or was it just missing from where you got it? Not sure if I could still get a replacement?

thetiffanatic @iwowow that is certainly very interesting. Despite offering these for well over a decade, I do not recall this particular piece ever coming with a pen. The vast majority of these pocket knives (including the recent Tiffany “1837 Makers” version) come with a tweezer and toothpick, along with the knife, scissors and rasp as attachments. You may want to check Victorinox, but be cautioned that it may not fit the slot on this knife (being round, rather than flat). Hope that helps!

iwowow @thetiffanatic Awwwe ok that makes since. The ones we purchased were in from 90’s to 2000 at Tiffany’s Union Sq in SF & were in both the plain polished sterling & a beautiful scrolled sterling design both with Gold. All in that era came with the silver writing pen. They must have done away with the pen after 2000 bc the last one we purchased was in year 2000 for a special gift. Thats too bad they stopped making them with those bc the writing pen they came with is truly amazing! :) Thanks!

thetiffanatic @iwowow the style with the scrolling/embossed was/is so beautiful. I had one many, many years ago and it may be this style that came with the pen. This particular embossed piece is extra rare these days and I sometimes wish I’d held on to mine, but I say this about every pieces I sell (😂) and I’m certain it went to a loving home.
