Not sure I follow the issue. Are they lopsided? Is it something that I could bend to fit right? Please elaborate on the issue mentioned as I’m very interested but wanna make sure I know what I’m getting. Thanks

@2good2beused They're not lopsided. The tech used a machine to soften the plastic to curve the ear piece so that it hooks around the ear better. I tried to show the curvature and the slight warping of the plastic earpiece in one of the photos. I think it can be taken into a store to have it readjusted but I don't think it'll look like new.
