Tiffany & Co large open heart necklace 925 silver 5.8grams Peretti 18” certified

Beautiful authentic with certification 22mm Tiffany & Co Open Heart necklace. This was designed by Elsa Peretti who started working with Tiffany in 1974. The necklace has been polished and cleaned to an excellent preloved condition. The .925 silver chain measures 18” long. The necklace will come in a Tiffany box and generic pouch. This is absolutely beautiful and weighs 5.8 grams! A copy of authentication will be included and sent.
