Tiffany & Co. sterling silver blue enamel party hat charm retired and rare! Beautiful sterling silver party hat charm with Tiffany blue enamel and silver polka dot detail. Still has its sterling silver chain strap- a lot of the ones I see have this piece gone. Marked T&Co. 925 on the bale. Excellent condition!!
