This is a Tiffany & Co. vintage chunky sterling chain with heart pendant. The heart pendant has a cobalt blue color interior on one side; it is plain silver on the other. Chain is approx 18" long in total. Made in Italy. Originally purchased at Tiffany store in Tysons Corner, VA.

oldtowntea Hello @kathleen8099! Thank you for the question. No--the Tiffany name is not printed on the heart. (I think this is from before they were really doing that.)

oldtowntea Hi, @kathleen8099 - It's definitely authentic, but I do not have the receipt. The Tiffany mark is on the chain itself, as shown in the fourth photo. And I'm sorry that I don't know the material of the blue color.
