I'm selling this Tiffany & Company 18k on 925 sterling silver RARE Vintage Pendent / with 925 Chain. The chain is a new 925 sterling silver snake chain in a size you prefer either 18 inches, 22 inches, or 26 inches. The stamp on the pendent means a chunk heart is made up of only 18k and then placed on the 925 sterling silver. It does not mean gold plated. Does not come with the original pouch. Comes in a beautiful box.
