Tiffany Designs Blue Chiffon Fit & Flare evening gown

Chiffon Evening Gown by Tiffany Designs Chiffon Shaw included. (could be used braided in hair, or around the neck) Fit & Flare design Size 20 100% Silk Shell Sequins are daziling on the top and sides of this dress. There is a couple of spots in the inside of the dress at the padded cup. I didn't see anything wrong with the outside. This has been worn once. Measurements are flat lay as in the picutres. Armpit to armpit 18.5" Waist 17" across Hips 21.5" Length 57-57.5"
