This is a designer scalloped hem lace up formal dress from Tiffany Designs in neon orange. It features a halter neckline, strapless sleeves, and a very popular scalloped hem. The dress is made of a blend of polyester and spandex, beaded and sequin, and zipper accents. It has a backless design, adjustable features, and is lined for comfort. The dress is suitable for various occasions and seasons, is available in size 8. It requires dry cleaning only. Bought new last year and worn for two hours. Excellent condition with only the length altered. This dress is very bright and really sparkles. Material is extra stretchy.
