The dress has a rosette bottom, the top is sequins, the cap sleeves have been altered on it, but can easily be taken off. I am a 5'6" and with heels fit perfectly. Corset top so it has wiggle room and tighten if necessary Size 10 but would fit smaller sizes for sure. *****recently sold one out*****
