The pictures speak for them selves,she's in like new condition as she sat in my box for years & yes she was cleaned every month by myself,she nolonger fits and they also stopped making this ring , yes you can or may be able to purchase it through Tiffany and Co while supplies last ,she will come in a Tiffany cloth pouch .
