Tiffany& co 22mm Elsa Peretti open heart pendant 16” silver .925 6.8 grams box

Reposhing this item I purchased from @authenticbling. Purchased for my wife but she prefers a smaller pendant and never wore this. My loss is your gain! Authentic 22mm pendant on a 16" chain. This heart is in excellent polished condition and shows little to no wear. Comes in original box and generic pouch. Item is in gift giving condition and will be packaged accordingly.
