Tiffany gauzy empire waist dress

Deep v neck and back with rouched waist and a gathered skirt. I bought this in a boutique in Manhattan’s SoHo and now it can be yours! I bought two in case I ruin one but mine’s already holding up well. Looks great for a night out or wear over a tee for casual chic. Chest: 24”-34”, waist (empire) laid flat: 12.5”
