tinalebleu @jamiebernadette Hi, I showed the picture to my local Tiffany store. Their thoughts were the chain should be replaced and it's hard to tell by the pictures but quite possibly some deep scratches that would not be able to remove with cleaning. I want to offer based on that assessment but I don't want to offend you. Thank you

jamiebernadette @tinalebleu there are not deep scratches at all. The Chain is fine too. I probably wore this necklace 10 times.
