Tiger Print High Waisted Midi Cotton Skirt With Front Tie Bow, Size M/S, Raaaawr

God I love this skirt. It’s a soft light weight cotton, buttons up the front with a tie belt. It’s got an elastic waist that’s really forgiving. If no one buys this I’ll be happy. It’s been one of my favorite thrift store finds. The hem and diameter measurements on in the pictures. :)
