gabtique @robinangell. Hi! Unfortunately I can't tell you for sure if they are real gemstones or not. I purchased it from an Estate Sale. It was in a plastic bag labeled as "Tiger Bead Necklace." I tried to price it as a nice statement necklace only because of having no easy way to verify if the beads are real gemstones. Wish I could have answered your question with a definitive yes or no! It really is a beautiful necklace.
