Tight black dress with criss-cross detail

This dress is all black with a stunning criss-cross detail along the shoulders and down the arms. The front and back of the dress are identical. It has been worn twice. No tag, but a size US 4-6. It’s stretchy so could fit an 8 also. It reaches the mid thigh if you are 5’5”.
