queenb2u @audini I'll be having a litter of chi's and a litter of chi-weenies within a month. Where are u? I don't mess w/ papers because half the time they are not legit anyway. My Chihauhau's are full blood and the mini dachshund is as well. I'm more concerned the homes that they go to are forever and they will be loved and cared for. I don't charge an arm and a leg either. I couldn't be without my pups, they are the world to me.

queenb2u @audini I'm in TX , so that would be quite a jaunt. Tehe! A reputable breeder will register and file papers accurately, but there are more mills out there than reputable breeders. They will use whatever info from previous docs, to get papers to sell puppies. It's a know fact with dachshunds never to breed a dapple w/ a dapple. The genetic link is prone to produce blind puppies. A mill in the area ignored the guidelines and breed to produce higher dollar pups. They found over 30 puppies without eyes at all. I found that to be horrendous!! She also used other registered parents on the paperwork so she could sell the dapples that surface wise looked normal. Anyone can register a litter of puppies if they have info on previous registered dogs.

queenb2u @audini Also sweetie, there is no registry for a teacup or a micro, they just are a small dog. We now know that if we breed small to smaller we will get a couple in the litter that are really little. These then can breed to a smaller dog and etc. But there is not a breed called teacup anything.

queenb2u @audini it could be that the dog u have isn't a good match, or if yr super busy, maybe u should wait til u have more time. There are some breeds that don't shed much, poodle or chi's , terriers shed alot, maybe a Yorkie would be good. Any breed w long hair needs maintenance tho. With a tiny dog, it's easy to pic up and go, or just to stay on your lap. I use a handbag for pups that are really young, when they start to walk, generally they love the purses or carriers early on, a safe place for them. Tiki stays in a tummy pack, I go about my day and she's along for the ride!!!

queenb2u @dee_dee25 oh I can relate to ND, I was raised in northern Wisconsin. In fact my entire family is still there freezing their coon-dingys off. They can have it!! Lol! And that cold weather sure does add wrinkles! Lol!! My husband was in Turkey 4 awhile, he retired and went to work for Lockheed Martin. We spent 7 yrs in S Korea, came back to the US, I was diagnosed with colon cancer last January and he left. Go figure !!! Haven't seen him for a year. I've adjusted, and all is well. You'll have to give me yr email, when you go to turkey u can't use PM right?

Korea was absolutely awesome, most of my friends were Korean ladies and they all treated me like a queen. I learned very quickly that we cannot push American ideas or customs onto others in different countries. They have a culture to share as well. They old saying when in Rome....... Is very correct !! I also had the opportunity to travel extensively while living there. China, Philippines , Germany, Austria , Switzerland, Japan, etc. I was published in Korea( a English conversational text book) oh just an amazing amount to share. I have so many wonderful stories. queenb2u @macwink they are doing fine, I wish I could say I'm doing as well. After the colon cancer surgery, I of course came away with chronic diarrhea, which causes my body to dehydrate, which in turn has caused kidney stones, which brought to our awareness, an obstruction from opening of kidney to the tube, then found the tube to be abnormally small, mine in 1mm should be 5 or 6, which caused an enlarged kidney, which brought to the Drs attention a bulging disk in the lower back pressing on the sciatic nerve. I don't know if it's the kidney causing pain or the back. At this point, who cares, just fix it! Tehe! What's your email? We could visit there without an audience.. The package was wonderful, the surprises were awesome. The puppy clothes a hit!!! These darn goober smooches are in the packages trying to check out their new duds before i cThey are. As bad as us shopping!! Tehe!

queenb2u @jayredrose You and I together could right a novel!! :). I do love to be in touch and meet people with the same compassion. Usually I hear: you need to get rid of those dogs! But when I was diagnosed with colon cancer, my husband walked out. Not much of a support system. But these babies gave me a reason to get up in the mornings and keep fighting. We can never replace a pet we've lost, but we can help ourselves and fill that void that is so painful. and helping another little guy that needed a home and love. The people that 1st took him were not the family he needed, I'm glad they returned him for you. Their impatience should it's color fast, had they kept him, he would probably be thrown outside. It's best it happened the way it did.

mgp0211 Aaaaah so adorable ,but chi-weenies are not my Love.lol One of my daughters LOVES them,she has 2 and their her babies! Myself, I ILove the Chihuahua's. The smaller the better, but I Lovem regardless! In the last 3 years ,2 of my elder Babies,went to doggy Heaven.One was 17 years old ( Had her since 4 weeks old/ the other 15 years old ( rescued her from abusive owners @ 4 months old) They passed from natural old age,9 months apart. I figured they wouldnt b far apart in going since they had been together for 14 years.Now we only have 1 (she's the Hubbys Baby) Im 20 mins from Beaumont Texas,in a small town called Kountze.Please let me know if u get any pups..It would b my Baby/ Purse Pal !
