laiserhill @kristiekidwell they all have the waffle texture. I don't know the % of stretch, I got these straight from the manufacturer there is no standard tag on them.

laiserhill @lilybeaujr They do have good stretching . I usually wear a 16 and for the leggings I wear a 2x-3x. I have both sizes and they work good for me.
