Tildon Tulip Dress

Sweet little black dress. Outer layer is sheer with a black opaque layer beneath. I had a seamstress alter it by sowing together the overlapping panels in the front so that my boobs wouldn’t fall out and a panel was placed in the back. Measurements Armpit to armpit 20 Inches Waist 16.5 inches Shoulder to hem about 34 inches for the outer layer
