Are these 5.5 y size? Or just 5.5 in mens? I can wear size 5,5 in big boys in youth sizes but they may too big in men’s size 5.5

I wear normally size 7-7.5 in womens so I buy usually 5.5 in boys youth sizes and they fit but I think I could wear size 6 youth now in boys do I may be able to wear size 5 or 5.5 in men’s. What do u think?
