Timberland fold over boots

only worn a handful of times women’s size 9.5 Timberland boots. They are suede on the top, half and more of a leather on the bottom half they have some creases and a small scuff on the left boot that could probably be buffed out They are able to be worn folded as shown in the first picture or straight up as shown in the second picture and can be laced up the entire way.
