This vintage dress is just a vibe all its own! The cut, the color, the lace detail on the collar. This would be so cute styled with a platform sandal and loads of jewelry. There seems to be a spot where there were shoulder pads, but they have been removed. There is also a loose seem at the waist, see photos. This isn’t hugely noticeable and easily fixable.
