Time and Tru Blouse

This is an adorable top from Walmart. It is part of the time and true collection. It is beautiful, black and blue background with beautiful spring florals on it. It is three-quarter sleeve with cute ties at the end. Only worn once, and receive several compliments. This shirt does run a little big. I normally wear a size 16 in tops, and I had to go down to a 14 in this one.
