Time and Tru brand- flower print off shoulder flowy top. Size XL 16-18

Time and Tru brand- size XL 16-18. VERY oversized. Meant to be super loose and flowing. Sleeves are oversized and flow. Collar has a fitted rib look to it but is elastic. Again very cute shirt to even have a cami or bralette showing on shoulders while the top hangs a bit off shoulder- but please remember this is made to be immensely oversized.
