The tag describes it as a wallet but it is a small bag with plenty of room for a cell phone, makeup, keys, etc. Measures 7 by 4 1/2 inches across the middle of the front and 2 1/2 inches thick. Has a 1 inch handle drop. The strap has a 21 inch drop and is adjustable. New with tags.
