Light, loose, comfy Time to Bloom dress, size 2x. Navy blue whith white paisley and floral print. Built-in belt, sleeve can be word straight or buttoned. 100% polyester, machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Bust 25 1/2" Waist can stretch from 17 1/2" to 23", length 41". (Notes: Measurements are taken in this manner: Bust = pit to pit while laying flat. Length = shoulder to hem while laying flat. The post office in my town is closed on weekends. Any orders received after noon on Friday will be mailed the following Monday by 5 pm.)
