Timeless Black pencil skirt w/ elastic waistband

Miss Tina by Tina Knowles black pencil skirt. I love this skirt. It fits high waisted and the elastic waistband makes it easy to wear and put on. Hits me right below the knee. Edgy exposed zipper for the slit that opens and closes. Fits a size 4-6 in my opinion although the tag says size 8?? I'll add measurements so you can be sure it will fit. It's in great used condition with minor signs of wear. Measurements taken with skirt flat and measure across waistband 14.75"/ hips 19"
