Timeless Floral Skirt by Mimi & Maggie

This skirt is sure to be a favorite with its comfy elastic waist band, three tiers with flower deco detailing in front. Fully lined in 100% Cotton. In excellent condition, but there is a stain on inside slip. I tried to remove it, but it did not budge and is shown in above photo. Girls size Small by Mimi & Maggie.
