Timing 100% cotton button down tunic

Great condition. Very gently used. Navy blue colored v-neck tunic with pleated front at bust, rolled up sleeves, and back tie. Pit to pit 18”. Length from shoulder 25”. Sleeve length approximately 11-12”. Note: minor pilling at sides and left belt loop is not a loop (see picture). Same top is bright coral in a separate listing.
