Timing floral ruffle pleated sheer button-up top

This cute top could be dressed up for the office or worn with a pair of jeans. The main color is ivory/cream, has white reflective buttons and is scrunched at the waist. Fits like a size small. Please note that few stichlines in the scrunched area are coming undone (pictured) but I'm sure can be easily fixed. Has only been worn a few times, so it's in very good condition.
