clementines_97 Hi. The label is so faded that I can not tell you the fabric content, nor the size, so that's why I posted the waist and length measurements. However, the fabric does not look washed out at all. It's a wrap skirt, so it can accommodate a larger waist size. I suspect it is a synthetic. The fabric is a little shiny, and the drape is really gorgeous and resists wrinkles. I never heard of Timins USA. This skirt belonged to my daughter.
