Tim's Paris 90s Red Formal Sheer Holiday Party Rhinestones Flowers Dress Small

I absolutely adore this dress! The bodice has ruched detailing at the neckline with flowers and rhinestones. It has spaghetti straps, cups sewn in, and off-the-shoulders draping. The back of the bodice makes the top stretchy but the fabric itself has no stretch. The tag says medium, but I think the measurements are more like a small. Bust: 29" - 36" Waist (bottom of elastic detail): 26-30" Length (neckline to bottom hem): 47" Straps: 13" This dress is in very good condition. The only flaw is a small patch of frayed fabric that can probably be trimmed. It's on the back of the dress and shown in the last picture. There is no materials tag, but it is a chiffon-style fabric, and fully lined. Brand: Tim's Paris
