Tina Barrie Vintage Cocktail Dress

Black polyester Tina Barrie Vintage Cocktail Dress. Has ruffled short sleeves and a ruffle that cascades down the side of the dress. Glitter accent around neck and chest. No odor. Immaculate condition. Says size 10 but runs small, does have stretchy waist that is hidden by drapey fabric, but probably fits size 4-6 best. So pretty. If I still fit in it, I would keep it.
