Tiny Black Halter Dress - brand new - L

Brand new never worn, would be NWT, but it didn't have tags. This is a cute, tiny black stretchy halter dress. Ribbed fabric. Almost fit me for a sexy night out dress, but just a little too short for my style (5'7", sz 10, 36D). I couldn't return it, so trying to get rid of it.
