Tire tread leather vintage sandal

I wore these through high school years in the 80’s & I know I got them used. Made in Mexico maybe? the foot bed will need some TLC (shoe goo?) where the leather is pulling up. All grommets feel secure and the buckles feel solid. 10 inches from toe to heel. I wear an 8.5 to 9.5 women’s depending on the shoe. These are heavy.
