@uniquelyloved30 👏🙌😤YESSSS!!!!! OMG! I'm so tired of buying heels that were advertised as 2-3" high, but are really 4-5" high. (It's not very hard or expensive to buy a ruler or measuring tape! Heck, there are apps for that!.) And, just last week I bought a bag and a sweater jacket that I had to return. The seller had the nerve to sell me two "new/like new" items. As soon as I took them out of the box, I noticed sweater had several pulls in the fabric and a huge, red/brown blood-looking stain on one sleeve 😖(disgusting!!) and the bag, which was supposed to be in almost perfect condition, had marks and dirt everywhere; even a scratch from rubbing up against something...and guess what! She just re-listed the items after getting them back from me!!!!!😨🙈I can't believe it! Soooooo gross. It's one thing to sell something that's totally awful and honestly describe it, but it's another not to fully disclose the condition to the buyer, like "Hey, this is used/damaged/torn/stained, etc." That's why I ask a lot of questions under listings. A lot of sellers tend to write very short descriptions with little product info, so I ask what I need to know. That protects me should there be an issue. I'm like you and won't be swindled.✋😒Plus, the sellers that take price in the items they're selling won't have a problem answering questions...and likely already have detailed product descriptions. Anyway, thanks for letting me vent. I want to leave a comment under the order, but I don't want to look like the jerk! lol Anyway, thanks for sharing this...I really need to put one of these messages up in my closet, too! SMH. 😏

@uniquelyloved30 ps: I think the first sentence should read: If you're selling a NEW/LIKE NEW item, it should be in NEW/LIKE NEW condition. AKA: As perfect as the day you bought it. If you're selling a "lightly worn/used" item, make sure you describe the condition accurately and honestly.

@ybf yes!!! I usually go back and see who is interested in the item I returned and give them a full description of the item on the is page! Lol

@styleandglam I'm sorry to hear that! It's so sad there are people out there doing that! I got scammed once on another site!
