Tissavel France faux fur mid length coat large (read)

Tissavel France vintage pile faux fur mid length coat. There is no size tag but it fits me and I wear a large sometimes XL. Buttons down the front with 3 buttons. Fully lined. It is heavy weight-about 4 pounds. It is a beautiful coat but has some minor issues. Under one pocket, there is a hole but it is on the seam so can easily be fixed. The pile has 2 large areas on the front that seem coarser-probably needs professional cleaning. The lining has some stains. I have pictured the issues. It is perfectly wearable as is but could be better with a good cleaning and repair. Price reflects the issues. Measurements are in the pictures.
